REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased online, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible for a refund. No exchanges will be accepted.
To obtain a refund, you must contact us by e-mail at [email protected] to request a return label within 15 days of receiving your order. A fixed return fee of $15 will be charged and deducted from the total refund amount.
From the moment we accept the refund, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 15 days. We may suspend the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Terracotta Home Decor reserves the right to refuse a return at any time.
CONDITIONS
- Items must be in saleable condition, must not have been used and must be returned in their original packaging with price tags to qualify for a refund.
- Textile items (hand towels, dishcloths, blankets, etc.) that have been opened, used, altered or washed will not be accepted for return.
- Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Second-hand items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Gift cards are considered a final sale and cannot be refunded. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are not redeemable for cash.
- No refunds will be accepted due to delivery delays. Once orders are in the hands of our shipping partners, the delivery time to your home is beyond our control.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be based on the original method of payment and the actual amount paid for the merchandise.
- Your proof of purchase must accompany the returned items in order for us to process your refund.
- In all other cases, a refund may be possible, and will be issued in the form of a gift card at the current price of the item at the time of return.
